The company’s second high-rise development is the
Ocean Club Condominium in Etobicoke. Construction
of its two buildings – one of 10 stories and another
of 39 – began in early 2012 and was completed just
this year. The waterfront development has 516 units

skyline and Lake Ontario. The Ocean Club is also close

A third Beaverhall condo project completed in 2015 is
the Mercer. The 33 story, 412 unit building is located
in downtown Toronto, in the heart of the city’s enter-
tainment district, and across the street from Metro
