Beaverhall Homes
Fine craftsmanship graces both single family homes and condominium towers
Beaverhall Homes is a leading builder of starter homes,
luxury estates, and condominium towers in the Great-
er Toronto area. The company was founded in1998,
by Ami Tamam, an émigré from Israel, who has nearly
35 years of experience in the residential building mar-
ketplace. The company has a strong reputation for the
quality of its craftsmanship, its high construction stan-
dards, its innovative interior design features, and its
superior customer service. Today, thousands of people
live in Beaverhall developments.
Some of Beaverhall’s home community projects in-
clude: Thornhill Woods in the city of Vaughan, Main
Street Village in Milton, Foxglen and Shipp Place in
Mississauga, Brookwood and Parkside Walk in Whitby,
Mackenzie Glen in Maple, and Bridlewood in Scarbor-
ough. Beaverhall has also built luxury estate develop-
ments in two locations – the Regency Estates in Wood-
bridge is a collection of 34 manor homes built on deep
and wide lots; and Forestwood in Milton has 74 single
family homes and townhouses.
Beaverhall’s first condominium project was the Euro-
pa, built in 2007, in the Little Italy neighborhood of
