Fiesta Insurance Franchise Corporation began in
1999, when its first offices opened in Southern Califor-
nia. According to company President, Deane Silke, the
goal was to provide tax and insurance services to the
underserved Latino consumer. “It’s one of the largest
growing segments of the market” he says. “There was
a huge need for it, so we created a business plan that
focused on this segment of the market. The tough part
was growing the business and trying to find ways to
get more stores and more geographic reach to Latino
