In 2015, there were two company-owned units, 117
U.S. franchises, and eight units outside the U.S. Re-
cently, the 142nd Massage Heights franchise opened
in Jetton Village in Cornelius, North Carolina. Massage
Heights is on target to open 40 locations this year, and
the company hopes to have 300 franchises opened
by the end of 2018. As part of an accelerated growth
strategy, the brand plans to develop franchised loca-
tions in cities like Denver, Kansas City, Tampa-St. Pe-
tersburg, San Diego, Nashville, Knoxville, and Las Ve-
gas.
